We are seeking a highly skilled Spine Surgeon to join our dynamic and growing surgical team. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the spine, including congenital abnormalities, trauma, degenerative diseases and infections. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surgical procedures to correct and treat spinal conditions, including spinal fusion, laminectomy, discectomy, and minimally invasive spine surgery.
• Evaluate and manage patients with spine-related disorders in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Interpret diagnostic imaging and other tests to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative care and education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation for spine or general orthopedic surgery as required.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited residency in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery
• Board certification or board eligible
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Washington.
