Job summary

Peerless Surgical, Inc., representing Arthrex, Inc., is seeking an Associate Orthopedic Sales Representative for the Beaufort and Hilton Head regions of South Carolina. You will support surgeons and healthcare teams with product demonstrations, clinical knowledge, and hands-on training in a fast-paced OR setting.

This role requires relationship-building, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of orthopedic anatomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Comfort in surgery/operating room environments.
• Strong understanding of anatomy (soft tissue, tendon and bone fixation preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Peerless Surgical, Inc. in selling Arthrex products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Assist a team in meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.
• Demonstrate and convey proper use of Arthrex products and surgical techniques to surgeons, medical staff, and facility personnel.
• Understand account sales history, surgeon techniques, and buying group objectives.
• Attend industry meetings and sales/medical education trainings.
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills; report product complaints per FDA protocols.
• May fill in for other representatives in other territories periodically.
• Maintain excellent listening and communication skills and build strong relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
