Memorial Hospital Belleville, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks an RN for the Orthopedics unit (1 South) on nights. The ideal candidate has a Nursing Diploma/Associate's, an RN license, and preferably a BSN with orthopedics or med-surg experience.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• BSN degree preferred; Orthopedics/Med-Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care following nursing standards and care plans.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and home care.
• Collaborates with the interprofessional team to meet patient goals.
• Develops, implements and documents plans of care with defined goals.
• Maintains safety and quality standards; essential safety-sensitive role.
