Qualifications

• Current valid California RN license required.
• BSN or MSN required.
• 2 years Med Surg/Tele RN experience required; Orthopedic RN experience preferred.
• BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Transcripts and/or diploma must be provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care for 3NW Orthopedics patients and supervise nursing interventions.
• Assess patient and family learning needs and deliver clinical education.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a patient care plan.
