Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Arizona or compact state license required; BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop measurable care goals, execute treatments, document progress, and evaluate outcomes.
