Granville Health System's Orthopedics Outpatient Clinic in Oxford, NC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging for orthopedic patients.

You will operate independently, follow imaging protocols, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with orthopedic providers to support timely patient flow and exceptional care at the Granville Orthopedics Outpatient Clinic.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA accredited, minimum two-year school of Radiologic Technology.
• Preferred ARRT registration.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs high-quality diagnostic radiographic examinations of orthopedic patients following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Produces diagnostic-quality images with accurate documentation.
• Collaborates with orthopedic providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow.
• Reviews imaging orders for accuracy and verifies patient identity using safety protocols.
• Practices radiation safety principles and uses shielding to minimize exposure.
• Maintains patient safety, privacy, dignity, and comfort, and provides excellent service.
• Performs routine quality assurance procedures and equipment checks to maintain imaging quality.
• Cleans, maintains, and reports equipment concerns to ensure safe operation.
• Performs clerical tasks related to services within the orthopedic clinic.
