Job summary

Connecticut Orthopaedics is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality radiographic procedures and support patients throughout their visit. You will screen patients, explain procedures, and help produce clear diagnostic images as part of a collaborative orthopedic team.

Starting pay ranges from $36 to $50 per hour, with additional $10/hour evenings and $20/hour weekends, based on experience and location. Connecticut license is required to start.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• Current Connecticut Radiologic Technologist license required to start.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic procedures to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions.
• Screen patients for precautions and contraindications.
• Explain imaging procedures clearly and professionally.
• Provide compassionate support throughout the visit.
• Produce diagnostic images to assist providers in delivering care; assist with cast/suture removal and durable medical equipment.
