Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in mechanical or biomedical engineering.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week for internship.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Interest in medical devices/orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Use Creo to design surgical implants and instruments.
• Draft protocols and design fixtures for development tests.
• Support verification activities including drawing reviews, tolerance analyses, testing, and FEA.
• Complete design risk assessments and suggest mitigations.
• Participate in cadaver labs and end-user assessments.
