Aquacare & Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in Lewes, Delaware is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). You will treat patients one-on-one with a hands-on approach, following the plan of care with the supervising PT nearby.

The role offers $27 to $35 per hour, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, flexible four- or five-day weeks, CE funding, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with matching. Join a clinician-driven, growing practice on the Eastern Shore.

Qualifications

• Direct access to supervising physical therapist during treatment sessions.
• Clinician here, not an extra pair of hands.
• Opportunity to specialize in aquatic therapy or lymphedema from the start.

Responsibilities

• Treat and work directly with patients, carrying a real caseload.
• Deliver hands-on care through the whole session under the plan of care.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists and PTAs across locations.
