Carry a light caseload (fewer than 11 patients per day), set your hours (four- or five-day weeks), and take advantage of a $2,500 sign-on bonus, CE funding, and a 401(k) with a 4% match.

Qualifications

• Direct access to supervising physical therapist during treatment sessions.
• Structured check-ins and shared patient reviews with the plan of care progress.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients one-on-one delivering hands-on care through the whole session.
• Work with a team of therapists and PTAs; document in Prompt EMR, with AI-assisted notes.
