Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required and state licensure as a PTA.
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients on exercises and home techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety.
