Job summary

ScaleinAfrica in Stanton, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient orthopedic clinic. You will work one-on-one with each patient for the first thirty minutes of the visit, then hand off to an aide who finishes the session. Patients are typically in clinic for about an hour total.

The clinic serves five locations across Orange and LA counties. This salaried role offers flexible start times and a standard 7 AM–6 PM window with 8-hour days and a one-hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license required.
• Recent manual therapy experience prioritized over total years.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care for the first 30 minutes of each visit.
• Coordinate with an aide to complete the session for the full hour.
• Work in a clinic that operates Monday–Friday with flexible start times.
• Adapt to EMR system and evolving workflows.
