Job summary

ScaleinAfrica is recruiting a California PTA for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Santa Ana. You will work one-on-one with each patient for the first 30 minutes of the visit, then hand off to an aide who finishes the session. Most visits last about an hour in total.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, with shifts starting as early as 7 AM and ending around 6 PM; the role is salaried with some flexibility. Pay is in the low 70s to low/mid 80s annually, plus a productivity bonus and benefits including

• Active California PTA license is required.
• Recent manual therapy experience preferred over total years.

Responsibilities

• Provide manual therapy to patients in outpatient setting.
• Work one-on-one with patients for the first 30 minutes then hand off to an aide.
• Maintain documentation and adapt to AI-assisted EMR workflows.
