Job summary

Summit Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics in Muskogee, OK. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Oklahoma PTA license (or eligibility).
• Commitment to helping patients recover movement and function.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the community.
• Pursue professional growth through mentorship and continuing education.
