Job summary

Summit Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in Owasso, OK. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT and help patients regain mobility and function.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive pay ($30.00–$35.00/hr), a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and robust benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k with match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Oklahoma PTA license (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
