Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must possess a Virginia license to practice physical therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients, families and teams.
• Proficient in EHR reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of orthopedic patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Apply manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education to improve mobility.
• Monitor progress and document treatments per standards and protocols.
• Adjust plans in collaboration with the team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and assistive devices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and network with peers.
