Job summary

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Orthopedic rehab to evaluate and treat patients with diverse musculoskeletal conditions. You will develop individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to restore function and independence.

The role requires licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon, plus any applicable multi-state credentials and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• Licensure in states where care is delivered; multi-state licensure may be required.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, tailoring treatment to individual needs and goals.
• Collaborate with the care team to maximize patient independence and functional outcomes.

Education
