Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist - Orthopedic for the Rehab Clinic in Hood River. This full-time, day-shift role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants and external hires who meet qualifications.

The terapist will evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic conditions, provide patient-centered care, and collaborate with the care team to promote independence and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Master's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• D.P.T. - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Coursework/Training - Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• License in states wherever care is delivered
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual patient needs.
• Conducts patient evaluation and treatment, and provides professional consultations to achieve maximum patient independence.

Education
