Job summary

Flex Well Wellness Clinic in Herndon, Virginia seeks a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time, on-site role works with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.

You will evaluate, treat, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy with orthopedic focus.
• Active Virginia physical therapy license.
• Strong communication with patients, families and staff.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and establish baseline status.
• Develop and implement individualized orthopedic treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on response.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Complete reporting and performance evaluations on time.
• Stay current with advances in physical therapy.
