Job summary

Prime Healthcare Services in Lewiston, Maine, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist I to join a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation team. New graduates are welcome and will benefit from mentorship while delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in an orthopedic-focused setting.

Pay ranges from $40.00 to $50.01 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Expect Monday–Friday daytime shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Masters, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate on hire and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.
