Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center Inc in Lewiston, Maine is seeking a Physical Therapist I to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in a hospital-based outpatient setting. You will conduct evaluations, create individualized plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• PT degree required or equivalent.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehab.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain EMR documentation and comply with hospital standards.
