Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, outpatient orthopedic role in a non-profit, hospital-based clinic. You’ll deliver 1:1 patient care with each visit lasting about 45 minutes and enjoy a balanced workload with no weekends.

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, with full coverage Medical, Dental and Vision, a 4% retirement match, 4.5 weeks PTO, and paid CEUs/Medbridge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Physical Therapy required.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred.
• Texas PT License or ability to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered care in an orthopedic setting.
• Desire to work in a 1:1, outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient-focused physical therapy sessions.
• Deliver orthopedic care with a patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient experience.
