Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 1:1 outpatient role at a not-for-profit hospital. The position offers a comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program, a $7,000 sign-on bonus, and full-time, permanent employment.

The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care, educate patients about their injuries, and collaborate with experienced clinicians to support recovery across ortho, sports, neuro, and general caseloads.

Qualifications

• Must hold an accredited PT degree (BPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Demonstrates collaborative, patient-focused care.
• Demonstrates servant leadership and strong patient education abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy sessions.
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatments.
• Educate patients on body mechanics and home-care plans.
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.
