Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensed in NE or eligible state.
• BLS and ACLS required to be obtained within 90 days.
• 1+ year RN experience preferred in post-operative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-surgery nursing assessments and monitor patient condition.
• Administer medications including pain management.
• Assist patients with mobility and discharge planning.
• Identify and respond to post-op complications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate with families.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital policies.
• Support onboarding of new nursing staff.
