Job summary

Icon Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its orthopedic telehealth and care navigation team. This full-time role blends 2 days of virtual visits with 3 days in-person care, serving patients across multiple subspecialties with empathy and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Nevada.
• Minimum of 5 years as a PA practicing in outpatient orthopedics with experience in multiple subspecialties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients in an empathetic manner.
• Excellent clinician-to-clinician interpersonal skills to engage and coordinate with other providers.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing several technology and telehealth platforms.
• Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial orthopedic telehealth visits including diagnosis, ordering imaging, and referrals for in-person care when appropriate.
• Perform in-office injections 2-3 days per week.
• Build trust with patients through empathy, knowledge, experience, and shared decision making.
• Communicate and collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other Icon clinicians.
• Create the patient’s personalized treatment plan and, with the care coordinator, determine next steps and navigate the patient.
• Participate in Icon product enhancement through feedback on the current technology platform.

Compensation

• $UP to $5,000 Relocation Bonus available
• Yearly Salary Commensurate with Experience
• Malpractice and Supervising MD will be provided
• State Licensing and NCCPA Fees are covered
• Hours: Full Time (Hours are Monday-Friday or 8-4 or 9-5 in local time zone)

Hybrid - 2 days seeing virtual telehealth and 3 days per week in person
