Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH and Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) are partnering to develop a state-of-the-art musculoskeletal center in Naples, providing orthopedic care through surgical and non-surgical care.

This role focuses on adult orthopedic physical therapy, with coverage of pre-/post-operative care, outpatient and acute settings, including telehealth. Training will be provided, and a dynamic, collaborative team supports growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in orthopedic rehab.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy licensure.
• ABPTS OCS/SCS certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop rehab goals for acute and outpatient settings.
• Provide pre- and post-operative evaluations and treatments.
• Deliver telehealth services when needed and coordinate with teams.
• Support Pre-Op educational 1:1 appointments and HSS at Home service lines.
• Maintain high ethical and professional conduct.
