Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide PT services prescribed by a physician.
• Initial and ongoing assessments of functioning.
• Develop and revise plans of care.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants as appropriate.
