Job summary

Nebraska Orthopaedic Center, PC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our new therapy clinic. You will deliver high‑quality, individualized orthopedic rehab services in a friendly, patient‑centered environment to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain.

The ideal candidate has a PT degree, Nebraska licensure (or eligibility) and experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, with strong clinical reasoning and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in Nebraska or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized orthopedic rehab plans.
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Document evaluations, plans and progress per clinic policies.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and prevention.
• Maintain productivity and quality metrics while delivering compassionate care.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
