Job summary

The role features a 40-hour week, Mon-Fri 7a-6p, with emphasis on patient education, teamwork and program development, including required pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, PTs, assistants and staff.
• Willingness to educate patients and families about PT plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care and customer service.
• Establish goals and treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and healthcare team.
• Provide treatment services to restore, maintain or improve patient function.
• Promote collaboration with referring physicians and team members.
• Offer clinical instruction to PT students and trainees.
