Salary range is $35.07/hour - $67.00/hour depending upon years of experience and level based on our Therapy Career Advancement Program (CAP). The CAP is designed to provide Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech and Language Pathologists with the opportunity for clinical advancement, recognition and promotion. The opportunities for advancement are provided through a series of four levels (Level I – Level IV). Each level has a separate salary range.
