Job summary

Direct Orthopedic Care in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate guests with orthopedic injuries, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy. This on-site role supports recovery through graded exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, with a focus on returning patients to function in a walk-in, immediate-access clinic.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Texas.
• Strong foundation in rehabilitation and orthopedic concepts.
• Experience with patient education and home exercise program instruction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate guests with orthopedic injuries and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Collaborate with surgeons, PAs, and the care team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold a safe clinic environment.
