Direct Orthopedic Care in McKinney, TX is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat guests with orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Therapists have caseload independence and collaborate with referring providers within the clinic. The role emphasizes outcomes, data-based metrics, and service growth. You will manage caseloads, develop programs, maintain privacy, and contribute to planning and decision-making while delivering high-quality, guest-focused care.

Formación

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in EMR programs.
• Full-time professional role.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, manage, and evaluate all physical therapy activities in the DOC clinic, assuring high quality and cost-effective rehabilitation outcomes for guests.
• Caseload management, program development, and marketing to assure continued growth of physical therapy services.
• Maintain the physical therapy dashboard and provide metrics to DOC Corporate, proactively responding to fiscal changes.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and ensure PHI is secure at all times.
• Collaborate to build a high-functioning team, modeling conscious communication and accountability.
