Job summary

Resurgens Orthopaedics seeks a skilled Physical Therapist to collaborate with physicians on comprehensive orthopedic care. You will evaluate patients, design and implement rehab plans, document progress, and coordinate with a care team to optimize outcomes.

You will educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation, supervise PTA/technicians, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR. Travel between sites may be required along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate in accredited PT program.
• State License to practice physical therapy.
• Specialty certifications welcome; orthopedics preferred.
• Two years’ experience in an orthopedic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs PT evaluations and creates treatment plans.
• Performs evaluations, treatments, documentation, and communication per State Practice Act.
• Supervises PT assistants and technicians within scope of State practice act.
• Communicates with healthcare professionals to ensure outcomes.
• Documents findings, treatments, and plans per policies and insurance requirements.
• Educates patients on injury prevention, conditioning, and rehabilitation.
• Other duties as assigned.
