Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line.
• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic rehab techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Develop clinical protocols for regenerative therapies, including shockwave therapy, to support future program expansion.
• Collaborate with providers and mentor support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
• Build relationships within the community through educational presentations, networking, and referral development.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation with minimal administrative burden.

Salary Range: $82,000–$100,000

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and growth of the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line.

• Develop clinical protocols and best practices for regenerative therapies, including shockwave therapy, while supporting future program expansion.
• Collaborate with providers and mentor support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

• Interest in regenerative rehabilitation, including shockwave therapy (training provided).
• Experience in a cash-based or concierge practice setting is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time preferred (4–5 days per week).
• Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate.
