Qualifications

• High school education completed; BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED Equivalency and completion of PCT competencies.
• Certification as a PCT or CNA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry-level patient care under nursing supervision.
• Assists patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs).
• Observes patients’ progress and reports to the nurse.
• Obtains and records vital signs and collects specimens for lab tests.
