Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center is hiring a Medical Assistant for our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Akron/Fairlawn, OH. This full-time role supports physicians and APPs with clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.

You will room patients, document histories, update medications, maintain EMR, prepare charts, and assist with injections and procedures. The position offers a daytime schedule, no weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• 1–2 years Medical Assistant experience preferred; orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• Current CMA/RMA/CCMA certification within 6 months; BLS within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to physicians and APPs in a busy orthopedic outpatient practice.
• Room patients, obtain and document histories, update medications and allergies, and maintain EMR records.
• Prepare patient charts, process forms, review orders, initiate radiology orders, and support charge capture.
