Northwell Health’s Sharon Hospital Orthopedic Surgery Service is expanding with a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. The role emphasizes outpatient care with some inpatient coverage across Orthopedics, General Surgery and Urology.

Ideal candidates are NCCPA-certified PAs or NPs with surgical experience, residency-trained or new grads with RNF surgical exposure. Northwell offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA certified.
• Surgical and patient management experience; residency-trained candidates preferred; new grads with RNF + surgical experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient management and perioperative support.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to coordinate care across services.
