Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants seeks an Orthopedic Physician Assistant for a high-impact orthopedic practice in Eastern Sierra, CA. This role offers meaningful autonomy, close surgeon partnership, and the chance to shape care across the continuum while building lasting relationships with patients and the clinical team.

You will work in outpatient and perioperative settings under clinical leadership, assist with procedures, coordinate care, and strive to improve workflow and patient experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist with treatment planning and procedures
• Support operative care as credentialed and monitor recovery
• Facilitate referrals and communicate clinical changes to physicians
• Collaborate with nursing, imaging, rehabilitation and ancillary services to improve clinic flow and patient experience
