Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Clinic Director for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in El Centro, CA. The role requires current licensure as a PT or PTA and leads all clinic operations, budgeting, and staff management to drive profitability and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong referral sources within the community preferred.
• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited PTA/OTA program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Resolve scheduling and documentation issues for clinicians and staff.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget; manage resources accordingly.
• Foster a positive clinic culture and motivate staff through regular meetings.
• Develop referral relationships and coordinate with Front Office and Business Development teams.
