Azza HealthCare Agency in Skokie is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a full-time team. The role requires overseeing nursing practice in a dynamic clinical setting and participating in ongoing staff development and quality improvement efforts.

The position involves 8:00 am–5:00 pm hours, Monday through Friday, with department responsibilities to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. IL RN license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• IL RN License & CPR/BLS through AHA.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour accountability for clinical areas and nursing practice oversight.
• Manage department resources, staff development, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a customer-focused environment and promote quality care for patients, families, physicians and staff.
