Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to improve orthopedic surgeries worldwide by supporting robotic (Mako SmartRobotics™) and manual procedures. You will assist with pre-operative planning, system setup, and real-time workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes and participate in labs and education programs.

The role requires on-call coverage evenings, weekends and holidays, a valid driver’s license, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• On-call flexibility and ability to handle fast-paced OR environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software.
• Support full case preparation, instrumentation checks, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Complete required trainings, competencies, and certifications.
