Sovereign Healthcare Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to join the OrthoArizona Surgery Center. The role involves perioperative patient care from admission to discharge in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.

Requirements include Associate's Degree in Nursing, AZ RN license or compact, BLS, ACLS and PALS within 90 days; minimum one year perioperative experience with total joints; shifts Monday and Tuesday, ~10 hours, no nights or holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher required.
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of Arizona and/or compact state.
• BLS is required.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within 90 days of start date.
• Minimum one-year licensed RN with experience in perioperative setting; orthopedic skills including total joints.

Responsibilities

• The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the perioperative setting.
• Communicate with staff, patients, and families to ensure patient outcomes.
• Implement critical pathways in alignment with the surgery center’s mission.
