This RN role schedules full-time hours, primarily at St. Luke's with occasional coverage at Mt. Pleasant or Grafton, emphasizing safe, compassionate patient care within established standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week, 1st shift, Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm; based primarily at St. Luke's with occasional coverage at Mt. Pleasant or Grafton.
• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
