Qualifications

• Current, valid state Occupational Therapist license.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of one year of outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient condition and history.
• Formulate evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Guide patients through prescribed exercises and techniques.
• Recommend and train on adaptive equipment for daily tasks.
• Maintain EMRs per regulations and progress notes.
