Job summary

Responsibilities

Support patient care by assisting with activities of daily living, including ambulation, toileting, positioning, transfers, and maintaining patient safety.
Participate in hourly rounding and document patient information, intake/output, vital signs, and charges accurately and timely.
Assist with meal selection, tray delivery, feeding assistance, hydration, and communication of dietary changes.
Transport patients throughout the hospital and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Provide clerical and administrative support, including answering phones and assisting the care team as needed.
