• 12 years of relevant healthcare operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes plans for operational structure and staffing.
• Creates scorecard metrics and productivity reports for leaders.
• Leads patient care flow and ensures quality and compliance.
• Coordinates recruitment of physician and APP resources.
• Participates on committees and develops strategic long- and short-range plans.
