Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant/Scribe program or 1 year orthopedic scribe experience.
• CNA, Pre-Med students or equivalent healthcare certification encouraged.
• 2 years healthcare or back-office experience; orthopedics a plus.

Responsabilités

• Accurately document patient visits in real time.
• Enter history, exams, results, treatment plans and prescriptions into the EHR.
• Assist with labs, radiology reports, and provider orders.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and support patient care and coordination.
• Mentor other scribes and staff; demonstrate ongoing competency.
