Responsibilities

• Accompanies Physician into examination room to transcribe history and exam notes.
• Lists diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions and prescriptions as dictated.
• Use EMR to queue prescription renewals and enter tests, services, or appointments.
• Document procedures performed by the Physician.
