Responsibilities

• Review encounters within DOC turnaround standards.
• Ensure claims have correct coding, docs, provider info, and billing elements.
• Monitor unsubmitted encounters and billing holds to resolution.
• Submit electronic claims and fix clearinghouse rejections.
• Maintain audit trails of claim reviews and follow-ups.
