• Educate patients on orthopedic care and proper use of orthopedic appliances.
• Enter physician-directed orders for services such as X-rays and physical therapy.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, post-operative visits, and diagnostic studies.
• Assist with surgery scheduling and pre-operative testing.
• Help manage patient flow to support an efficient experience.
• Respond to patient calls and triage questions and concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized exam, treatment, and bracing rooms.
